Dynamic Thai Yoga Massage

Just as nature is characterised by seasons and cycles, each person is a living microcosm of rhythmic patterns such as breathing, heartbeats, peristalsis, cell division and hormonal cycles.

The sacred dance of Thai Massage is elaborated upon with a range of movement to create fluidity, continuity and release. Dynamic Thai Massage combine the principles of Traditional Thai Massage with rocking, rhythmic and modern osteopathic principles as oscillatory techniques.

Anathai: Anatomy & Therapeutics
corresponds to Anathai lower limbs and pelvis & upper limbs and spine
A course dedicated to the musculoskeletal system mainly focused on anatomical mapping, palpation and application to Thai Yoga Massage. The practitioner must adapt “massage mechanics” safely for his patient. Finally, improve communication and collaboration with other professionals in the complementary / alternative health sector. Moreover, the study of the musculoskeletal system offers the practitioner a field of consciousness of the physical body improving a more precise touch.
Program
Theory: with as a pedagogical support a skeleton and a video projector of a 3D program anatomy of the human body.
Observation, palpation and anatomical drawings on the body
Practice: techniques and principles addressed to the structures studied

The student will be able to recognize the main structures of the upper limbs and spine (bones, joints, muscles, ligaments) and to feel when applied in Thai Yoga Massage practice.Feet, talocrural, subtaral joint, Tibia, fibula, knee joint, Femur, coxofemoral, Sacroiliac

Biomechanics and functional movement of the: Spine: lumbar, thoracic, cervicals, Shoulder Girdle, Rotator cuff, Visceral overviewed
